Our regular prayer meetings take place via Zoom. We meet for 45 minutes to pray for our diocese, our churches and each other. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to members. If you’re not a member but wish to attend, please get in touch with us.

An evening of worship and celebration for what God is doing around our diocese, and to pray for all the churches represented by DEF members. The evening will include a brief annual general meeting.

Bishop Jill Duff will be joining us to speak about the topics in her book 'Lighting the Beacons.' "Lighting the Beacons seeks to expand our everyday horizons by daring us to believe that the realities of heaven can break through right here, right now."
Past Events
As well as our regular online prayer meetings, our recent events have included an afternoon with the Bishop of Bolton, a study morning with Revd Dr Ian Paul, an evening thinking about domestic abuse with Helen Thorne from Biblical Counselling UK, and times of thanksgiving and celebration for ministries across our diocese.
